PURPOSE
Thoughtful agriculture is the cornerstone of Levo Vineyard.
Our 17-acre CCOF organic vineyard in Paso Robles’ Willow Creek District is farmed with regenerative practices that prioritize soil health, biodiversity, and an attitude of long-term stewardship – To protect this land as a living entity and leave it better for future generations. We rely on cover crops, grazing animals, and a diverse vineyard ecosystem to build resilience naturally.
We’ve chosen Mediterranean varieties that thrive with little irrigation and present a great opportunity towards water preservation. Each year it is our mission to leave our soils healthier and more biodiverse. The wines are an honest reflection of that work.
The Levo Vineyard has a natural rawness about it – a sense that it isn’t, and never will be, totally domesticated. It is truly a forest vineyard, feral, untamed and naturally produces wines that follow suit.

TWO OF A KIND GRENACHE
This is Grenache at its finest: Two of a Kind Grenache is a pure, fresh expression of everything we love about this varietal. With 93% Grenache leading the way, complemented by Petite Sirah, Syrah, and Clairette Blanche, this wine is vibrant, graceful, and full of character. Aged for 16 months in 600L demi-muids, it reveals layers of raspberry preserves, garrigue, warm mahogany, blood orange zest, and mandarin oil. Long and elegant on the palate, this wine effortlessly balances richness with finesse, showcasing the natural beauty of Paso Robles’ Willow Creek District.
2023 TWO OF A KIND SYRAH
This is Syrah at its finest: Two of a Kind Syrah is a bold, savory expression of Paso Robles’ Willow Creek District. Crafted from 94% Syrah, complemented by Petite Sirah and Grenache, this wine captures the rugged character and depth of the region. Sourced from G2, Caliza, Fulldraw, and Levo vineyards and aged for 16 months in 225L barriques, it reveals layers of freshly picked blackberries, saddle leather, forest floor, cigar smoke, pine resin, and seared game. Sappy yet suave, this wine delivers richness, complexity, and unmistakable character. A classic Syrah with a cowboy spirit.
